 Our commitment to accessibility

We want to make sure our website is accessible to everyone – that's why we're working towards complying with Priority 2 of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. We're continually improving our website to meet these guidelines, and we've designed the site with the following parameters in mind:

Page design

We design our pages to be viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels

Page structure

We use header elements to structure the pages and make the information clear

Stylesheets

We use stylesheets to keep font sizes consistent, with the exception of graphical text

Text

You can increase and decrease the size of text, to make it easier for you to read, by using the 'View' option in your browser

Images

We use 'Alt' tags on our images that describe what the image is if you can't see it

Colour

We avoid using colour exclusively to display information

Site map

We provide a site map so that you can easily see the structure of the website and how it fits together

Downloading PDF documents

You can read PDF documents with a screen reader: with a screen reader, visit the Access Adobe website

Or you can use Adobe’s online conversion tool for pdfs

Browser compatibility

The standard browser versions that support our website are:
Internet Explorer v7.0, 8.0 and v.9.0
Google Chrome
Safari v4.0
Firefox v3.0
