Reception is staffed 24 hours. The main doors may be locked during the night however there is a door bell that connects to the Night Porter
There is no air conditioning in the guest rooms. Windows in the guest bedrooms can be opened for fresh air and we provide a standalone fan in all rooms
There is a service bus serving the Airport that departs frequently from Falcon Square. Taxi transfers can be pre booked via Reception
All bookings require a credit/debit card guarantee. We reserve the right to pre authorise credit cards. The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, WeChatPay). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques. Some of our best deals may require full prepayment at time of booking. The booking policies applicable to each available rate are clearly stated in our on line reservation system
There is an extensive breakfast menu which includes many vegetarian options as well as the traditional Scottish fayre. Breakfast is served between 7am and 9.30am Mon – Fri and 7am - 10am Sat & Sun
Free, onsite car parking for up to 9 cars. Pay & display nearby from approx £7.00 per 24 hours We also have a special rate for our guests at adjoining Eastgate underground secure car park from £5.00 between 3pm and 11am (rates as at Sep 2019 and subject to change)
Check-in is from 15.00 hrs. If you want to arrive earlier than this time, your room may not be ready, but you can leave your bags in Porters Store. Check-out is at 10.30 hrs.Late check-out may be available on request, although a small charge may apply
Children are welcome and we have several suitable rooms. Pricing is dependent on the number of people that will occupy the room. Cots and high chair are available free of charge

The Hotel has 2 small steps at the front door and access via ramp. Thereafter there is level access to the ground floor, including the breakfast room/lounge area.We also have 2 specially adapted rooms with wheel in shower and 2 ground floor rooms

The guest rooms are heated by room radiators which can be thermostatically controlled by guests, to ensure a comfortable ambient temperature
We can arrange for collection from Local Dry Cleaning Service however this is only available Monday – Friday. There is a local launderette where you can take laundry to do yourself, or leave there for a service wash. The launderette is open 7 days a week
There is a large Leisure Centre(Aquadome) with Swimming Pool and Leisure slides etc at Bught Park approx 10 mins walk along the river
We offer guests a discount on Ash Restaurant which is our own Restaurant and also popular with locals. We also have Gallery Coffee Lounge where you can sample home baking or dine for lunch. There are a wide variety of restaurants and pubs within a few minutes’ walk of the Hotel. We can provide you with information and recommendations while you are here. There are local shops and a good shopping centre nearby – Eastgate Mall adjacent and Victoria Mall opposite
We are close to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle as well as being the Gateway to the Highlands & Islands with easy access via main routes including North Coast 500 and Isle of Skye
There are local doctor and dental practices in the immediate area as well as Raigmore Hospital which has an Accident & Emergency Department
We allow well behaved dogs in rooms. Maximum of 2 dogs per room, £20.00 per pet, per night. Please bring bedding for your pet as we do not allow pets on the beds. Guide dogs are most welcome too, they stay free of charge
Rooms are serviced daily throughout your stay, however we offer guests the opportunity to choose if they do not wish fresh towels daily in keeping with the environmental green policy
No service charges are added to bills. Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion

There is currently no other tax (at September 2019) however any taxes levied by Statutory bodies may be applied
All our guest rooms are non smoking, as are all hotel public areas
Vegetarian options are available at all times on the breakfast menu, but for other dietary requirements, please let us know is advance of your stay, so that we are able to prepare for your visit
